2. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale, delivery, installation, and maintenance of all Elex Lift branded products (“Products”). Elex Lift operates as a subsidiary of Terzian Lifts Assembling LLC, and all transactions are subject to the policies and governance of the parent company. By purchasing or using our Products, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Refers to all items manufactured, branded, or officially distributed by Elex Lift under Terzian Lifts Assembling LLC.

3.2 Third‑Party Products

Refers to components, accessories, or items supplied by external manufacturers or vendors not produced by Elex Lift or Terzian Lifts Assembling LLC.

4. Warranty Terms

4.1 Elex Lift Warranty

• Covers manufacturing defects only.

• Does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or external damage.

4.2 Third‑Party Product Warranty

• Covered exclusively by the third‑party manufacturer.

• Elex Lift is not liable for defects or failures of third‑party components.

• Customers must contact the third‑party manufacturer for warranty claims.

5. Liability

Elex Lift and Terzian Lifts Assembling LLC are responsible only for their own branded products and services.

They are not liable for:

• Malfunctions caused by third‑party products

• Delays caused by third‑party warranty processes

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Delivery Terms

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at purchase.

• Delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or third‑party suppliers are outside our control.

• Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours.

7. Installation & Maintenance

• Must be performed by authorized Elex Lift or Terzian Lifts technicians.

• Unauthorized installation or maintenance voids the warranty.

• Customers must follow the recommended maintenance schedule.

8. Third‑Party Maintenance or Modifications

• Any repair or modification by non‑authorized parties may void the warranty.

• Elex Lift is not responsible for issues caused by third‑party alterations.

9. Returns & Replacements

• Returns of Elex Lift Products follow Terzian Lifts Assembling LLC’s return policy.

• Third‑Party Products must follow the respective manufacturer’s return policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the product is sold or installed, including applicable UAE regulations.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using Elex Lift Products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and recognizes Elex Lift as a subsidiary of Terzian Lifts Assembling LLC.
